Our advanced reverse osmosis (RO) system filters your water in two key steps:

1. Ultra-Fine Filtration – Water is pushed through a reverse osmosis membrane of about 0.0001 micron, roughly 200× smaller than the smallest virus. SGS testing (new membrane) measured lead 99.8%, arsenic 99.9%, PFOS 99.6% and total dissolved solids 94–95%.

2. Remineralization – Once filtered, we add back essential minerals like calcium and magnesium to improve taste and provide optimal hydration and health benefits.

The result? Fresh, mineral-rich water, with harmful contaminants reduced—just the way it should be.

There's no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like, with two months' written notice so we can schedule collection of the unit. Your subscription stays active and payable during those two months.

If the subscription ends within the first 12 months of installation, an early-termination amount of €75 applies to cover removal of the unit. After 12 months, removal is free. It does not apply if you paid for the year upfront, if you withdraw within the 14-day cooling-off period, or if the equipment is faulty.

We don’t require a deposit to start your subscription (billed every 4 weeks) and there are no upfront costs.

Our intelligent machines automatically notify us when it’s time for a filter change. In most cases, filters need to be replaced once every 12 months to keep your water filtered and mineralized.

If you ever experience an issue with your machine, simply text us on WhatsApp, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
