I already have a carbon filter. Isn’t that filtering the water too?
Carbon filters only improve taste by reducing chlorine and some odors, but they don’t remove smaller harmful contaminants like microplastics, heavy metals, PFAS, bacteria, viruses, or pharmaceutical residues.
So while your water might taste better, it isn’t truly clean. Our Oasly system ensures your water is fully purified and remineralized for the best health benefits.

How does the filtration work?
Our advanced reverse osmosis (RO) system purifies your water in two key steps:
1. Ultra-Fine Filtration – Water is pushed through an extremely fine membrane, like a microscopic grid, that blocks microplastics, heavy metals, PFAS, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful contaminants. Only pure, clean water molecules pass through.
2. Remineralization – Once purified, we add back essential minerals like calcium and magnesium to improve taste and provide optimal hydration and health benefits.
The result? Fresh, mineral-rich water, free from harmful contaminants—just the way it should be.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime. No long-term contracts.
However, if you cancel within the first 12 months, a 75 € service fee will be charged for unit removal. After 12 months, cancellations are free of charge.

We don’t require a deposit to start your subscription and there are no upfront costs.
How often do the filters need to be changed?
Our intelligent machines automatically notify us when it’s time for a filter change. In most cases, filters need to be replaced once every 12 months to keep your water pure and mineralized.
What if there is a problem with the machine?
If you ever experience an issue with your machine, simply text us on WhatsApp, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
